Meditation

Meditation isn't about stopping your thoughts or doing it "right."

It's simply being in the moment of stillness. A breath. A soft return to yourself. You don't need silence or special music. You don't need to be calm to begin. You just need a willingness to pause.

It can be one deep breath.

A quiet sit with your hand over your heart.

Noticing the way light moves through a window. Letting your thoughts drift by without chasing them.

Even a minute is enough.

Try this:

Inhale slowly. Exhale gently.

Say to yourself: "I am here. This moment is enough."

Meditation isn't a performance. It's permission. 

To rest.

To feel.

To come home.
