My Journey ....

Last year l was diagnosed with clinical Depression and Anxiety.  Reason?  I was blindsided by someone I was close too. While I thought everything was going along great, someone else had different ideas - hence me being blindsided! .. I guess in a way  I was naive and missed those important 'red flags'.  I quickly learnt not everyone has your best interests at heart.

 It threw me into a world of darkness and had me questioning my worth as a person, and whether l really wanted to be apart of this world anymore.  that l didn't think l would  find my way out of this place l called hell. I decided to start this website  to share MY  journey with Depression and Anxiety.   

Most of all, l want you to know, that you aren't alone
